Time to address that hideously blocky arm. Deltoid and bicep are carved out first, with a concentric edgeloop running down along the top of the arm both to pull out the radialis muscles (bulging forearm muscle) and connect with the top of the hand.
Next, a diamond is cut into the elbow area, then connected with the verts around it to both shape the bone protrusion and account for future animation. Those verts do double duty by suggesting the triceps.
With some additional tuning of the forearm, it’s time to move on.
